In the present invention, with respect to salmonella strains in lots of farms obtained by multi-year resistance epidemiological sampling of veterinary resistance monitoring networks (Varms), a group of salmonella phages is screened. By virtue of whole genome sequencing analysis, phages carrying harmful genes are removed; a novel salmonella phage library is constructed; and an efficiently lytic salmonella phage preparation may be obtained with respect to a dynamic prevailing strain/flora combination, thereby effectively decreasing salmonella content in intestinal tracts of animals and decreasing chick mortality.Drawings of Description Fig. 1 Mortality 10- Survivalnumber 0 a-b Group Fig.2 1
