The cell line is obtained by infecting a primary pig tonsil cell line with lentiviral particles, screening cells in a DMEM/F12 culture solution containing serum and 5 added with puromycin and then performing amplification culture on positive cells using a culture solution containing no puromycin; the lentiviral particles are obtained by using pHYsv4-Puro as a lentiviral vector, using psPAX2 and pCMV-VSV-G as an auxiliary package vector and co-transfecting into 293T cells.
