The preparation method includes the following steps: firstly mixing and adding a carbon source consisting of citric acid and ascorbic acid and an alkali source consisting of ethylenediamine and o-phenylenediamine into a solvent to obtain a mixed solution; and then, performing microwave heating on the mixed solution for a preset time to prepare the carbon quantum dots.
