The invention relates to a combination of remogliflozin or salt or ester thereof and DPP-IV inhibitor or salt thereof. In particular, the invention relates to a fixed dose pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of remogliflozin or salt or ester thereof and DPP-IV inhibitor or salt thereof. Disclosed is the invention relates to a fixed dose pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of remogliflozin or salt or ester thereof and vildagliptin or salt thereof; wherein the combination produces synergistic effect in reducing blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes.
