[Problem] To provide a method for preparing O-linked glycopeptides/glyco-amino-acids on an industrial scale in a simple manner and with good yield. [Solution] Provided is a method for preparing glycopeptides/glyco-amino-acids including an O-linked sugar chain represented by formula 1 from whey protein, the method comprising the following steps of A-E: step A for extracting a proteose peptone fraction from whey protein; step B for decomposing the extract by means of protease enzymes; step C for precipitating O-linked glycopeptides/glyco-amino-acids by adding the decomposed product to an aqueous organic solvent; step D for concentrating the precipitated O-linked glycopeptides/glyco-amino-acids; and step E for purifying the concentrate obtained from the concentrating step by means of a normal phase column and/or a reverse phase column.
