A system for dispensing liquid onto a substrate, the system including: a liquid ejector to dispense liquid droplets onto the substrate; and a motion controller to provide relative motion between the liquid ejector and the substrate, wherein the order of droplet dispensing is randomized relative to deposition locations on the substrate for a first plurality of the dispensed droplets.
