The present invention specifically relates to a method for preparing a phycoerythrin ratio fluorescence sensor based on a magnetic molecular imprinted nucleus/shell polymer. An Fe 3O 4 magnetic nano-particle is used as the center, and the surface thereof is coupled with blue fluorescence-emitting carbon quantum dots B-CDs. An SiO 2 shell layer loaded with template molecules phycoerythrins grows on the surfaces of the Fe 3O 4/B-CDs, and the template molecules are eluted to prepare the magnetic molecular imprinted nucleus/shell polymers Fe 3O 4/B-CDs/SiO 2-MIPs. The fluorescence emission spectra of the polymer dispersion liquid are measured under different phycoerythrin concentrations; the linear relationship between the fluorescence emission peak intensity ratio of the phycoerythrin to the B-CDs (I phycoerythrin /I B-CDs) and the phycoerythrin molar concentration is fitted; and a phycoerythrin ratio fluorescence sensor is constructed. Compared with the prior art, the method of the present invention has advantages of simple operation, low cost, easy access to raw materials, strong anti-interference capability of ratio signals, good accuracy, and high flexibility and selectivity, and can be developed into a novel ratio fluorescence sensor for the efficient detection of a phycoerythrin.
