ERROR CORRECTION METHOD AND TIME INTERLEAVED ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTER

An error correction method and a time interleaved analog-to-digital converter (TIADC). The method is applied to a TIADC comprising a plurality of ADCs, and comprises: determining whether the current value of the code word of a first ADC in the plurality of ADCs is within a preset range; when the current value of the code word of the first ADC is not within the preset range, adjusting a plurality of code words having one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of ADCs; and controlling, using the adjusted plurality of code words respectively, a frequency-division clock circuit to generate a plurality of sampling clocks having one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of the ADCs. According to embodiments of the present application, a deviation in sampling time between ADCs can be adjusted by adjusting the code words corresponding to the ADCs.
