A super power-saving sensor lamp control device of the present invention comprises: a human body detecting sensor (10) operated by a driving voltage (Vc) and outputting a human body detection signal (SEN) when the movement of a human body is detected; a sensor control unit (20) operated by the driving voltage (Vc) and outputting a lighting driving control signal (SWC) which is activated during a reference time set by a user according to the human body detection signal (SEN); a full-wave rectifying unit (100) for full-wave rectifying an alternating current (AC) power inputted through a first AC-input unit (IN-N) and a second AC-input unit (IN-L), and outputting a full-wave rectified signal (FH); a constant voltage generating unit (200) for receiving the full-wave rectified signal (FH), and outputting the driving voltage (Vc) which is a direct current voltage for operating the human body detecting sensor (10) and the sensor control unit (20); a lighting control unit (300) for receiving the full-wave rectified signal (FH) and outputting a first direct current voltage (V1), only when the lighting driving control signal (SWC) is activated; and a lighting lamp output unit (400) for lighting a lighting lamp (30) by suppling the AC power to the lighting lamp (30), when the first direct current voltage (V1) is output from the lighting control unit (300), and turning off the lighting lamp (30) when the first direct current voltage (V1) is not output from the lighting control unit (300).
