A drink with whitening, antioxidant, liver-protective and sleep-aid effects, and a preparation method therefor. The drink consists of the following components in part by mass: 3-5 parts of Jujube Chinese Date, 1-2 parts of black wolfberry, 3-5 parts of honey, 0.2-0.4 part of field thistle herbs, 0.5-1 part of fresh gingers, 1-3 parts of sour cherry concentrate powder, 0.5-0.8 part of spine date seed, 0.08-1 part of edible bird's nest, 2-4 parts of whitening antioxidants, 0.7-0.9 part of liver-protective and sleep-aid agent, 3-5 parts of xylitol, 2-4 parts of conditioning agents, 0.3-0.5 part of essence, and 85-92 parts of water. The whitening antioxidant consists of a plum core mixture and the pomegranate seed fermentation powder. The liver-protective and sleep-aid agent consists of an antrodia polypeptide and the moringa oleifera seed powder. The conditioning agent consists of sodium stearoyl lactylate and the Jerusalem artichoke powder.
