Disclosed is a simulation experimental test system for a turbine blade thermal barrier coating working condition, the system comprising a working state simulation apparatus (1), a service environment simulation apparatus (2) and a detection apparatus (3), wherein the working state simulation apparatus (1) is arranged on a side of a turbine blade thermal barrier coating to be tested and is connected to the turbine blade thermal barrier coating to be tested for simulating a high-speed rotation working state of the turbine blade thermal barrier coating to be tested; the service environment simulation apparatus (2) is arranged on the other side of the turbine blade thermal barrier coating to be tested for simulating a service environment of the turbine blade thermal barrier coating to be tested in the high-speed rotation working state; and the detection apparatus (3) is used for detecting damage generated when the turbine blade thermal barrier coating to be tested rotates at a high speed in the service environment. The experimental test system simulates a working state and a service environment of a turbine blade thermal barrier coating to be tested, so as to detect, in real time, a key damage parameter in a failing process of the turbine blade thermal barrier coating, thereby providing technical support for the process optimization and independent design of a thermal barrier coating.
