FIELD: aircraft engineering. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing heat-protective coatings of high-pressure turbine blades for aircraft engines. The test system contains an installation (1) to simulate the operating mode, an installation (2) to simulate the operating conditions and control and measuring equipment (3). The installation (1) for the simulation of the operating mode is mounted on one side of the tested thermal protective coating of the turbine blade, connected to the tested thermal protective coating of the turbine blade and is designed to simulate the operating mode with high-speed rotation of the tested thermal protective coating of the turbine blade. The installation (2) for the simulation of operating conditions is installed on the other side of the tested thermal protection coating and is designed to simulate the operating conditions of the tested thermal protection coating of the turbine blade in the operating mode with high-speed rotation. The control and measuring equipment (3) is designed to detect damage caused by high-speed rotation of the tested thermal protective coating of the turbine blade under operating conditions. ;EFFECT: ability to simultaneously simulate work at high temperatures, abrasive wear, corrosion caused by CMAS-based compounds, and work in conditions of high-speed rotation; to carry out verification and measurement simultaneously with respect to the heat-protective coating of the straightening blade and the heat-protective coating of the working blade and simultaneously study in real time the process of destruction of the heat-protective coating of the turbine blade. ;15 cl, 3 dwg
