The present invention appropriately processes a processing gas that is emitted from a filter vent of a nuclear reactor facility. A radioactive gas processing device (10) that processes a processing gas discharged from a filter vent (4) connected to a nuclear reactor containment vessel (2), and comprises: a vapor condensation unit (20) that, by causing water to come into contact with the processing gas, causes a portion of a vapor included in the processing gas to condense; a dehumidification unit (41) that has a non-condensed gas within the processing gas introduced thereinto from the vapor condensation unit (20), and subjects the non-condensed gas to dehumidification; and a first adsorption tower (50) that has a first adsorption tank (51) into which the non-condensed gas that has passed through the dehumidification unit (41) is introduced, and a first adsorbent (52) housed within the first adsorption tank (51), said first adsorbent (52) being capable of adsorbing at least a radioactive rare gas within the non-condensed gas.
