Problem to be solved: to provide a diffuser apparatus, a radioactive gas treatment apparatus, a radioactive substance processing system and a reactor facility capable of more stably operating.A diffuser unit is disposed above the water surface in the tank in which the water is stored, and it extends horizontally, and a steam pipe is introduced from the outside of the tank, and a branch pipe in which the lower end is communicated to the header tube and extends downward and the lower end is a steam injection hole .According to the above construction, since the header tube is positioned above the water surface, the possibility that the header tube is cooled by the surrounding water can be reduced.This avoids phenomenon called condensation hammer caused by condensation of steam inside the header tube.Diagram
