Disclosed are a method and apparatus for remotely repairing a failure of an express parcel cabinet, an express parcel cabinet, and a storage medium. The method comprises: when it is detected that an express parcel cabinet fails, reporting failure information to a server, wherein the failure information is used for instructing the server to generate an online maintenance work order matching the failure information; receiving a maintenance operating instruction sent by an operation and maintenance staff operating system with regard to the online maintenance work order; and controlling, according to the maintenance operating instruction, a robotic arm arranged on the express parcel cabinet to carry out a remote failure repair operation.
