This invention is about the hexagonal boron nitride containing polymer grease production method that's used in lubrication needed areas such as deep drawing, rolling etc. in industries like automotive, aviation and defense and its characteristic is involving the process steps of adding 10-500 nanometer sized hexagonal boron nitride % 0,1-2 in weight into the mixture of % 6 - % 12 polypropylene in base oil (10), ultrasonically dispersing the nano hexagonal boron nitride in the base oil in order to reduce agglomerate (20), treating the mixture with dispersed boron nitride through heating process (30) due to the used polymer and base oil, formation of short threaded lattice structure (40) by heating process (30), fast treating the grease through cooling process (50) to protect the lattice structure, with the formed mixture becoming homogeneous (60) acquiring the hexagonal boron nitride containing polymer grease (70).
