A quantitative recipe translation server, information processing terminal, system, method, and program with which quantitative recipe information obtained by converting a qualitative representation of recipe information into a quantitative representation can be accurately translated. A quantitative recipe translation server (100) of a quantitative recipe translation system (1) comprises, as functions thereof: a quantitative recipe selection unit (131); a separation unit (132) which separates, from quantitative recipe information stored in a quantitative recipe J database (121), edges that indicate information about actions required for a cooking process; a translation unit (133) which matches English translation edges stored in a translation edge database (122) to the separated edges, and replaces the separated edges with these English translation edges, thereby translating the separated edges; a connection unit (134) which connects the translated edges to nodes that have been translated into English; and a quantitative recipe storage unit (135).
