A method and a device for automatically detecting a petechia in the fundus, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: S1, acquiring fundus image data of eyeballs, and processing the acquired fundus image data; S2, making a training sample by using the fundus image data; S3, using the obtained training sample to train a model for detecting a petechia in the fundus; and S4, calculating the probability value of a petechia in the fundus in a fundus image by using the trained model for detecting a petechia in the fundus, so as to perform petechia detection on the fundus image.
