A DEVICE INFORMING ENDING OF AMMUNITION IN A WEAPON MAGAZINE

Present invention provides a simple and low-cost informing system, to inform a shooter visually or by audible signal when ammunition rounds (7) in the magazine (1) start to end. Solution of the invention means that an indicator is attached to the ocular sight (e.g., Aimpoint and Hologram, ACOG, etc.) that looks like a sight protector. Alternatively, the indicator may be in the form of an audible signal generated by a module attached to shooter, the audible signal is either outputted from a loudspeaker on the weapon or from the headphones. An actuator is attached to the spring of magazine or to a cartridge feeder in the magazine. A sensor (6) and an electronic transmitter (2) are attached to the body of the magazine, which, when being along the actuator, sends a signal to the receiver attached to the frame of the gun or to the shooter. This, in turn, turns on the ammunition reader indicator at the back of the gun sight or initiates an audible signal, so it's easy to follow during firing.
