The present invention relates to an underwater thruster, and provides an underwater thruster having an underwater data transmission device attached thereto, the underwater thruster comprising: a wearable part worn on a user's hand; a propelling part disposed on one side of the wearable part so as to generate thrust; and a control part disposed on the other side of the wearable part so as to collect surrounding information or control the propelling part (200). Therefore, no limitation is placed on the movement of the user's hand, and the weight and size of the underwater thruster can be reduced and thus the storage efficiency and portability thereof can be improved.
