The present disclosure relates to the technical field of 3D printing, and particularly relates to a 3D printing tray, a 3D printing device and an exposure stripping process. The 3D printing tray comprises a base, a release film, a piece of light-transmitting glass and a clamp plate, wherein a first slot and a second slot are provided in the base and both penetrate a top end face of the base; the light-transmitting glass is arranged in the first slot, and an upper surface of the light-transmitting glass is higher than a bottom wall surface of the second slot; the release film is arranged on the top end face of the base and is arranged between the base and the clamp plate in a pressed mode; and a first cavity is enclosed by the release film, an inner wall of the first slot and the light-transmitting glass, a second cavity is enclosed by the release film and an inner wall of the second slot, and the two cavities communicate with each other. During exposure, the cavities are subjected to air extraction to form a negative pressure, the release film can be tightly attached to the glass without bubbles being created therebetween, and the tensioning of the release film is realized, thereby improving the printing precision; and during the stripping of the release film, the cavities are inflated, a positive pressure is formed in the cavities, and the release film is stripped from the light-transmitting glass, and this is easily realized.
