An array composite electric field metal electrochemical micro-nano scale additive manufacturing device and method, relating to the field of metal material electrochemical 3D printing. An array type high speed electrochemical 3D printing device (1) and an optical signal receiving and sending system (2) are separately fixed to a machine case body (305) of an electronic control box (3); a metal salt solution cyclic heating system (4) is mounted in the machine case body (305) of the electronic control box (3), and a metal salt solution output pipeline (404) of the metal salt solution cyclic heating system (4) is connected to a deposition chamber water inlet (115) of the array type high speed electrochemical 3D printing device (1); a metal salt solution recycling pipeline (405) is connected to a deposition chamber water outlet (113). The combination of graphic pixel resolution technology, piezoelectric ultra-precision drive technology, photoelectric coupling technology, and metal electrochemical technology greatly improves the positioning precision and the forming speed of printing, and the device has the advantages of high printing efficiency, refined formed crystalline grains, large hardness, wide application range, strong application capacity, and great potential in the manufacturing field.
