In the invention, an initial introduction control unit (10) introduces an organic solvent O and an aqueous solution W containing molybdenum 99 and technetium 99m into an extraction tank (20). A micro-mixing control unit (11) heats and stirs a mixed solution M of the aqueous solution W and the organic solvent O introduced into the extraction tank (20), while applying ultrasound U to the mixed solution M, thereby causing the aqueous solution W and the organic solvent O to undergo micro-mixing. A separation control unit (12) separates the mixed solution M, which has been micro-mixed, into two phases namely, the aqueous solution W and the organic solvent O. A collection-introduction control unit (13) causes the organic solvent O from the two-phase separation to pass through an adsorption column (13a), which adsorbs molybdenum 99, and to be introduced into an evaporation and elution tank (21). An evaporation control unit (14) reduces the pressure inside the evaporation and elution tank (21) and heats the organic solvent O introduced into the evaporation and elution tank (21), while applying ultrasound U to the organic solvent O. An elution control unit (15) introduces a physiological saline solution S into a residue R, causing technetium 99m to elute from the residue R into the physiological saline solution S.
