The present invention provides a blockchain-based industrial manufacturing resource sharing method, device and system. Said method comprises the following steps: S1, receiving an industrial manufacturing order, analyzing resources required for completing the industrial manufacturing order, splitting a process of completing the industrial manufacturing order into a plurality of tasks in an order, and then sequentially pushing the plurality of tasks to a sharing platform in the order; and S2, evaluating resources which can be provided by a plurality of factories on the sharing platform, sequentially searching, according to an evaluation result, for matching factory resources capable of completing the plurality of tasks, and then performing a handshake operation and generating data blocks of a blockchain. The blockchain-based industrial manufacturing resource sharing mechanism provided in the present invention is able to make full use of the factory resources on the sharing platform at low cost and high efficiency, and the present invention realizes resource sharing in different factors. For a production manufacturer, the resource utilization and production efficiency are improved. For a customer, cost is reduced.
