A control method for a split-type household electrical appliance, and an intelligent control device (1000) and system, which relate to the technical field of household electrical appliances. The method comprises: connecting a household electrical appliance (101); identifying the appliance type of the household electrical appliance (102), and displaying a corresponding human-computer interaction interface (103); acquiring a first control instruction from the human-computer interaction interface (104); and controlling the household electrical appliance according to the first control instruction (105). The intelligent control device (1000) independent of the household electrical appliance is used to control the household electrical appliance, and the corresponding human-computer interaction interface is automatically displayed by means of identifying the type of household electrical appliance, so that users may operate the human-machine interaction interface or the like to control the household electrical appliance. Therefore, the intelligent control device (1000) is no longer only able to control a single household electrical appliance, but may be applied to a plurality of household electrical appliances, thereby expanding the application scope thereof. At the same time, the present invention solves the problem of many of the inconveniences present in terminal devices such as mobile phones when controlling household electrical appliances in a kitchen scenario.
