Provided is an immune cell formulation for effectively improving bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment. The preparation of said cell formulation comprises the following steps: separating blood cells from blood; culturing the blood cells in a box at 0-5 degrees centigrade for 1-2 hours; placing the blood cells in a cell activating culture medium for blood cell activating culture for 10-20 hours, so as to obtain preliminarily amplified blood cells; placing the blood cells into at least one cell culture medium, and adding an activating agent to perform blood cell culture for 10-30 hours, so as to obtain activated blood cells; and washing the activated blood cells with saline at least one time, so as to obtain the immune cell formulation for effectively improving the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment.
