The OLED panel light-emitting layer processing method comprises: printing to prepare a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer and a light-emitting layer on a drive substrate (101), and then using a poor solvent of a material of the light-emitting layer to wash the surface of the light-emitting layer of the drive substrate(102). Said method facilitates the recombination of excitons inside the OLED panel light-emitting layer, and reduces the probability of quenching the recombination of excitons at an interface.
