SMART CITY SYSTEM AND IMPLEMENTATION METHOD THEREFOR

A smart city system and an implementation method therefor, the system comprising a first data acquisition module, a second data acquisition module, a third data acquisition module, a server, and a display module. The method comprises: acquiring first data by means of scanning, the first data comprising three-dimensional data of a city; acquiring second data, the second data comprising live video streams and video streams collected on site; acquiring third data by means of a sensor; performing intelligent processing according to the first data, the second data and the third data; and displaying the second data, an intelligent recognition result and an analysis result in a three-dimensional model of the city. The video streams of the second data are superimposed in the three-dimensional model of the city and displayed in real time to implement the display of the real scenes of the city, so that the viewers are not only able to see the three-dimensional model, but may also see dynamic video streams. Point cloud segmentation and intelligent recognition are performed on the three-dimensional model of the city, so as to be highly intelligent and more convenient, and the present system and method may be widely used in the field of smart cities.
