An atomizer core (3) for an ultrasonic electronic cigarette, and an atomizer comprising the same. The atomizer core (3) comprises an ultrasonic atomizer plate (32) and an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly comprises an insulation base (35), and the periphery of the insulation base (35) is covered with an external electrode (34). The external electrode (34) is formed by means of bending a hard conductive sheet, and covers the insulation base (35) and is bent above the insulation base (35) so as to form an elastic ultrasonic-atomizer-plate installation region (341). The ultrasonic-atomizer-plate installation region (341) comprises an elastic top portion (342) and an elastic bottom portion (343) which are integrally formed from the conductive sheet by bending the conductive sheet. The ultrasonic atomizer plate (32) is elastically held between the elastic top portion (342) and the elastic bottom portion (343), such that high-frequency oscillations generated by the ultrasonic atomizer plate (32) can be entirely applied to e-liquid atomization, thus reducing energy loss in ultrasonic oscillations and achieving sufficient atomization of e-liquids.
