Ultrasonic atomized e-cigarette disperses the molecular bond force of liquid droplets by using ultrasonic high-frequency resonance of atomizer in order to atomize E-liquid. In this paper, we propose a new design of electronic cigarette system based on ultrasonic atomization technology. At first, we improve the design of electronic cigarette circuit system based on ultrasonic atomization technology; then, we analyze the preparation and composition of e-cigarette oil; in the end, we test the atomization effect of the new e-cigarette system and compare it with a traditional kind of electronic cigarette. According to the result, ultrasonic technology is not only technically feasible but also effective in atomizing electronic E-liquid.
