The present invention is to provide diagnostic primers for cucumber mosaic virus, pepper mild mottle virus, and zucchini yellow mosaic virus, and a method for diagnosis of plant diseases by using same. Disclosed according to the present invention is a method for diagnosis of a plant disease, the method comprising the processes of: extracting a ribonucleic acid template by separating a plant specimen, immersing same in RTU RNA buffer in a tube, grinding same with a micro pestle, incubating and dissolving same for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, taking the supernatant from the tube, and diluting the supernatant; obtaining a PCR product by incubating the ribonucleic acid template with a reverse transcriptase at 36-37℃ for 9-11 minutes to generate deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), introducing the DNA, together with species-specific primers utilizing plant gene nucleotide sequences, an enzyme, and buffer, into a polymer chip, and performing a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a portable real-time PCR instrument; and analyzing the PCR product to determine the presence or absence of pathogens in the specimen and detecting the pathogens.
