A flexible transparent electrode, a flexible display panel, a related preparation method, and a display device. The flexible transparent electrode comprises a graphene body (1) and metal nano wires (2), and at least parts of the metal nano wires (2) are inserted in the graphene body (1) to form an insertion body structure. The flexible transparent electrode having the insertion body structure can solve the problems of low stability, high roughness, and low binding force to a base substrate of the metal nano wires on the one hand, and solve the problems of high sheet resistance and low work function of graphene and the problem of being not helpful for hole injection on the other hand. The insertion body structure formed by combining the metal nano wires and the graphene body can enable the metal nano wires and the graphene body to overcome defects thereof mutually, so as to form the flexible transparent electrode that can replace indium tin oxide.
