The present invention relates to Cobll1, PACSIN2, and SH3BP1 proteins, which are biomarkers for diagnosis of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). More particularly, the present invention relates to a method in which a progression stage of CML is monitored through the individual actions of the biomarkers or through the interaction thereof and a diagnosis is made to determine whether or not a CML patient is resistant to tyrosine kinase inhibitors, which are conventional therapeutic agents for CML.
