The present invention relates to an electrode notching device for a secondary battery, and an electrode for a secondary battery and a secondary battery which are manufactured therethrough, and the electrode notching device for a secondary battery, of the present invention, is a notching device for forming an electrode tab by notching the uncoated portion of an electrode sheet, and comprises: a pair of notching molds for pressurizing and notching both surfaces of the electrode sheet; and movement preventive roller parts provided on pressurized surfaces of the pair of notching molds so as to prevent the movement of the electrode sheet during notching of the electrode sheets.
