BIOCELLULOSE FIBER, HEMOSTATIC DRESSING COMPRISING SAID FIBER AND RELATED APPLICATION

摘要

A biocellulose fiber, a hemostatic dressing comprising said fiber and a related application. The biocellulose fiber is obtained by performing purification and mechanical homogenization on cellulose that is obtained by means of bacterial fermentation, with the diameter of 20-50 nm and the length of 30-100 μm. By taking the biocellulose fiber as a template, a zeolite molecular sieve is synthesized by means of a hydrothermal method, and is simultaneously compounded with chitosan to prepare a hemostatic dressing capable of rapid haemostasis and having good mechanical property. The hemostatic dressing has good biocompatibility and antibacterial properties, and can promote wound healing.
