Disclosed is an internal combustion engine exhaust particle flow evolution process simulation device for reducing automobile emission, comprising: an exhaust gas source; an exhaust gas flow channel comprising multiple sections of circular pipes of a predetermined length, the multiple sections of circular pipes being fixedly connected to each other; a soluble organic matter generator used for producing soluble organic matter; and a carbon particle generator used for producing carbon particles.
