One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a metal hydroxide of a core-shell structure for an electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation composite sheet. More specifically, provided is a composite sheet which provides electrical, electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation functions simultaneously, prepared by undergoing the following steps: corroding a metal core in a basic solution or an acidic solution to form a metal hydroxide shell on the metal core to form a corroded metal material; mixing the corroded metal material with a polymer resin to form slurry; and performing coating by applying the slurry to the sheet.
