The present invention relates to a halogen-free sheath composition having excellent low temperature resistance and oil resistance and a cable comprising a sheath layer formed therefrom. Specifically, the present invention relates to a halogen-free sheath composition which has a -40C low temperature resistance without degradation of oil resistance and chemical resistance in a trade-off relationship therewith, has excellent mechanical characteristics, has excellent flame retardancy although a halogen-free flame retardant is used, is environmental friendly, and has excellent processability; and a cable comprising a sheath layer formed therefrom.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
