The present invention relates to a cable comprising a halogen-free sheath composition with excellent cold resistance and a cable having a sheath layer formed therefrom. Specifically, the present invention relates to a sheath composition which has extreme cold resistance at -65°C even without a crosslinking process, is excellent in flame retardancy and environmentally friendly despite the use of a halogen-free flame retardant, and furthermore, can save manufacturing costs by eliminating the crosslinking process, and a cable having a sheath layer formed therefrom.
