The present invention provides a quantum dot having an alloy type core and shell structure and a method of manufacturing the same. Quantum dots and alloying method having an alloy core and shell structure of the present invention can be used as a more sensitive sensor when detecting RNA and protein, it can be useful in the field of biosensor, cell tracking, drug delivery.
