The present invention relates to a boiler combustor capable of reducing nitrogen oxide contained in exhaust gas and increasing energy efficiency to improve atmospheric environment. According to the present invention, the boiler combustor comprises: a burner combusting boiler exhaust gas; a cylindrical combustion vessel including a combustion chamber receiving flames from the burner and having a plurality of vent holes connecting the combustion chamber and the outside; a flame adjusting supply pipe; a hot filter means coming in contact with incompletely combusted gas included in combustion gas passing through the combustion chamber to oxidize and combust the incompletely combusted gas; a fuel supplying air supply pipe; an injector device spraying a urea solution to mix the same with the exhaust gas of the boiler received in a mixing chamber; and a urea solution storage tank connected to the injector device.
