The present invention relates to a use of a ginsenoside compound for preventing, treating or alleviating BTK-mediated diseases. A composition comprising the ginsenoside compound of chemical formulas 1 to 18, particularly the ginsenoside compound of chemical formulas 1 to 6, or a salt thereof, as an active composition effectively inhibits the activity of BTK, thereby having an excellent effect of preventing, treating or alleviating BTK-mediated diseases. Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be usefully used for preventing, alleviating or treating various BTK-mediated diseases.
