The present invention relates to a discriminating method of this year′s grain and last year′s grain using GC × GC TOF, which comprises the steps of: (a) weighing a rice sample with an electronic balance, placing the same in a container, and filling with nitrogen gas; (b) extracting volatiles from the nitrogen gas-filled rice sample; (c) collecting the extracted volatiles with a syringe; (d) analyzing the collected volatiles using GC × GC TOF; and (e) reading the analyzed data.
