The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decoration film having a three-dimensional pattern, and a glass structure forming method and a composite sheet structure forming method using the decoration film. The method for manufacturing a decoration film having a three-dimensional pattern according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: sequentially stacking an adhesive layer and a release film on one surface of a base film; stacking a first UV pattern layer on the other surface of the base film; stacking a first deposition layer on the first UV pattern layer; stacking a second UV pattern layer on the first deposition layer; stacking a second deposition layer on the second UV pattern layer; and preparing a decoration film having a three-dimensional pattern by forming a color ink layer on the second deposition layer.
