The present invention relates to a self-standing pouch for packing food capable of safe opening. The self-standing pouch for packing food capable of safe opening of the present invention is capable of safe opening to be proper for receiving food containing liquid such as soup or stew and is optimized for heating by using a microwave oven. In addition, the present invention is excellent in floor safety, has a wide entrance of the pouch, includes a device widely fixing the entrance, and is possible to directly eat the food without necessity of moving the same to a separate dish by opening the pouch after heating the food.
