The present invention relates to a method for inducing transdifferentiation of cardiomyocytes based on exosome. More specifically, provided is a transdifferentiation method from fibroblasts to cardiomyocytes which comprises: a step of separating an exosome from a culture medium in the process of differentiating stem cells into cardiomyocytes; a step of culturing fibroblasts in a cardiomyocyte reprograming culture medium containing the separated exosome; and a step of culturing the fibroblasts, cultured in the cardiomyocyte reprogramming culturing, in the cardiomyocyte inducing culturing medium containing the exosome. According to the present invention, in vivo safety can be secured.
