IR UV DOAS GIS System of measuring and monitoring atmosphere environment using IR UV DOAS and GIS

Provided is a system for measuring and monitoring an atmospheric environment. Here, a device for measuring an atmospheric environment acquires atmosphere contamination information by measuring and analyzing an atmospheric environment in a differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) method, and records the acquired atmosphere contamination information into a text file before storing the same. A file transfer protocol (FTP) client periodically polls the text file stored in the device for measuring an atmospheric environment to transmit the same. An FTP server parses the text file received from the FTP client to store the same in a DB. A GIS server displays the atmospheric environment on a 3D geographic information system (GIS) screen by using the text file stored in the DB.
