SiC SiC SHEET METHOD OF FABRICATION FOR THE SAME AND HIGH HEAT DISSIPATIVE POLYMER COMPOSITES COMPRISING THE SAME

摘要

The present inventors first synthesized a SiC sheet from a graphene sheet. Specifically, the present inventors first synthesized a vertically arranged SiC sheet from a vertically arranged graphene sheet and by using the same as a filler of a polymer composite material, it is possible to invent the polymer composite material in which thermal conductivity in a thickness direction is dramatically increased. Through the present invention, it is possible to provide the polymer composite material having excellent thermal conductivity and low electrical conductivity compared with a case of including a carbon-based filler.
