Disclosed are a self-powered triboelectric pressure sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment, the self-powered triboelectric pressure sensor comprises: a first friction layer comprising a triboelectric charge material; and a second friction layer separately arranged to face the first friction layer so as to generate an electrical energy through friction against the first friction layer by a mechanical pressure, and composed of a mixture of the triboelectric charge material and a carbon nanomaterial. Therefore, the present invention is capable of sensing a wide range of pressures with high sensitivity and high efficiency.
