The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a nanofiber membrane, a nanofiber membrane and a mask filter comprising the same. Specifically, provided is a manufacturing method of a nanofiber membrane, comprising the following steps: preparing a spinning solution comprising a polymer resin and an adhesive material; and spinning the spinning solution to form the nanofiber membrane. In addition, provided are a nanofiber membrane manufactured by the manufacturing method and a mask filter comprising the same.
